Normative support of the complex epidemiological situation in Russia in the context of the economic constitution

The article examines the new challenges with pandemics in the context of globalization. It is shown the need to update the legal regulation of situations of a complex epidemiological situation in Russia, taking into account experience, the adoption of regulatory acts during the pandemic COVID-19 and the need to ensure the principles of the economic constitution.
