Аннотация: The origin of synergistic centers is associated with the objective law of synergy. A positive potential is being formed in synergetic centers. The quality of goods and services is the positive potential of any manufacturing organization. Based on the principles of the formation of synergetic centers, one can justify the origin of qualitative assessments. Quality assessment is based on the compliance of goods and services with standards established in a sovereign territory. In this case, the synergetic center can be considered as a place where the accumulation of regulatory and financial bases takes place. These bases are the basis for the spread of quality standards across the territory of the state to which the synergetic center belongs. Moreover, the dissemination should be carried out on the basis of regional studies.
