Аннотация: The rapid development of informatization has led to the emergence of new types of crime, such as computer crime and computer terrorism. As a new and insufficiently studied criminal phenomenon, cyber terrorism deserves special attention and requires a special approach to solving this problem, which is dangerous for humanity. Of particular concern to law enforcement agencies are terrorist acts related to the use of the global Internet, from the open sources of which, it is possible to obtain technology for the manufacture of biological, chemical and even nuclear weapons of terrorists. By hacking websites, cyber terrorists gain access to all kinds of information, including classified information.
