Abstract: The formation of a scientifically sound and practically feasible system for assessing the diversification process at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex is a complex scientific and practical task that has not been comprehensively solved to date. Based on the behavior of the system analysis of this task, its formalization and structuring, methodological foundations for the formation of this system based on the use of the proposed indicators have been developed. The tools for forming a system of indicators for assessing the diversification process are presented. An algorithm is proposed for evaluating the implementation of individual diversification projects and the diversification process as a whole, taking into account all the projects carried out by the enterprise. The practical use of the results of this study will contribute to improving the efficiency of the development of enterprises of the military-industrial complex.

Введение
При определении показателей оценки процесса диверсификации производства продукции на предприятиях оборонно-промышленного комплекса (ОПК) необходимо использовать базу данных, учитывающую специфику и особенности их развития в современных условиях. Данное развитие описывается параметрами — определенными характеристиками исследуемого процесса или объекта. В конкретный момент времени состояние параметра выражается в виде соответствующего показателя (показателей), который представляет собой измеритель, позволяющий делать выводы о состоянии и изменении параметра, описывающего предприятие. Расчет показателей позволяет оценить выявленные значения исследуемых параметров. В результате анализа параметров может быть сделан вывод о допустимости данного состояния процесса диверсификации производства продукции на предприятиях ОПК, а значения указанных параметров, в виде отдельных показателей, определяют возможность оценки данного процесса [1; 2].
