Subjectivity as a characteristic of maturity and autonomy of the personality of a camp counselor of a children’s camp

The article reveals the essence of the concept of "subjectivity", its structural components, draws attention to the features of the professional subjectivity of the children's camp counselor, describes the results of the study of the level of development of personality subjectivity and the peculiarities of the manifestation of subjectivity of student youth. The author comes to the conclusion about the insufficient formation of conscious activity of young people, the need for flexible mentoring when performing the work duties of a camp counselor.
