Аннотация: The purpose of this article is to research the problem of gender inequality in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The author, based on the principle of equality enshrined in most regulatory legal acts of Russia, analyzes its actual implementation. Specific examples are given. The study uses analytical and statistical methods. In conclusion, the author summarizes the results, drawing attention to certain gaps in the legislative base of the country, and suggests certain ways to eliminate them.
