Deed of gift: cases in which it may be invalidated

The article is devoted to the deed of gift, especially to the mishaps which entail the consequences of its drawing up and coming into force. Important features of the contract and the question of the possibility of returning a share of property after the conclusion of the deed of gift are stated. Attention is focused on the analysis of articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, namely the provisions regulating this legal phenomenon.
