Аннотация: The right of private property belongs to one of the inalienable human rights in the modern world. It is the foundation for the functioning of economic systems in most countries of the world and, in particular, in the Russian Federation. Bearing this in mind, it is necessary to clarify the need to protect this right in the Russian Federation to ensure control over economic resources, and, as a consequence, to stabilize social relations within the state.
