Аннотация: The purpose of this article is to research opportunity of mining outside the Earth. The author tells about the legitimate ability to extract useful properties from other space objects such as asteroids, other planets, and so on. The aspect related to the development of international norms of space law was also revealed. The study uses historical and analytical methods. In the end, the author considers the various outcomes of the current situation and speaks of the most optimal in modern realities.
