Adaptation of first-year students with different profiles of interhemispheric asymmetry to educational activities at the university
The article examines the issue of the determinacy of psychological and pedagogical aspects of adaptation to educational activities at a university by psychophysiological characteristics of students. The results of the study show the relationship between the level of adaptation, determined on the basis of didactic and socio-psychological criteria, and the type of functional asymmetry of the brain. It was revealed that first-year students with an equal-hemispheric type of functional asymmetry of the brain undergo the process of adaptation to educational activities most successfully.
