Аннотация: The article examines the main ways of forming the reputation of an advertising agency using digital marketing tools. The role of content marketing, social media management, SEO and SERM, client review management, and email communications in building a positive image of the agency online is analyzed. Key principles without which reputation work in the digital environment does not produce results are identified, and practical steps for developing a reputation strategy are proposed.
