Аннотация: The article examines the promising areas of development of Hong Kong as a hub of the Maritime Silk Road within the framework of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. The focus is on four promising areas: green shipping, digitalization of port logistics, financial innovation, and integration with the Greater Gulf area. It is proved that Hong Kong is being transformed from a giant general-purpose port into a specialized financial and logistics center focusing on high-margin goods, environmentally friendly technologies and institutional quality.
