Аннотация: The article discusses the problem of integrating environmental and economic indicators of sustainable development into the system of monitoring the economic security of the construction sector at the regional level. The author substantiates the position according to which the traditional set of economic security indicators, focused mainly on financial and production parameters, does not allow timely identification of threats of an environmental nature, but with significant economic potential to destabilize the construction complex. The paper analyzes the existing approaches to monitoring, identifies their systemic shortcomings related to the lack of an environmental component. Based on the analysis, a system of additional indicators is proposed that make it possible to record pre-crisis conditions caused by resource degradation, increased anthropogenic load and inefficiency of environmental protection measures in construction activities. Special attention is paid to the issues of setting thresholds and the methodology for calculating the proposed indicators. The conclusion is made about the need for normative consolidation of ecological and economic indicators in regional economic security strategies.
