Аннотация: The article examines the key trends of the global liquefied natural gas market based on new analytical data from the IEA and IGU, as well as a Reuters review. The main focus is placed on the current state of the market, the drivers of supply and demand growth, limiting factors, and forecasts for the coming decade. The analysis shows that in 2024–2030 the global LNG supply is rapidly increasing due to a wave of new production capacities, while demand is supported by the development of gas markets in Asia and emerging growth in consumption in other regions. However, oversupply, changes in the demand structure, and environmental restrictions create new challenges for the market. By 2030, LNG will remain an important component of the global energy balance, but sustainable growth will require logistics adaptation and deeper decarbonization of supply chains.
