Аннотация: In article it is said that formation of model of logistic system happens at the organization of movement of logistic streams which assumes two main stages: design and performing. Concept specification "logistic system" assumes development of algorithm of design and formation of logistic links, channels, chains, echelons and cascades for the organization of movement of resources and production depending on the data received by the marketing specialist and connected with need of satisfaction of demand of clients on objects of a logistic stream. The enterprise can survive in modern market conditions only if the logistic system is effectively constructed, all streams and, as a result of it are correctly distributed, production is reproduced and the managing subject receives a profit maximum.
