Аннотация: Тhe Authors present the results of original research quality of life associated with health, conducted through a questionnaire survey of 540 patients receiving out-patient-polyclinic medical aid in medical institutions of the city of Orel (Oryol oblast, Russian Federation) program of compulsory health insurance. The study used an adapted Russian version of the questionnaire MOS SF-36. Also, these patients were surveyed on the quality and availability of outpatient medical care with the use of questionnaires, approved by Order of Federal Fund OMS No. 103 dated 11 June 2015 "On approval of methodical instructions on carrying out of sociological polls (questioning) of the insured persons in sphere of obligatory medical insurance". The study revealed the relationship between the quality of life and the quality of health services.
