Аннотация: The constant increase of competition in the sector of banking services is forcing Russian banks to seek new, more effective ways of interaction with customers. In practice, they are implemented in different methods of remote banking services (RBS). In this regard, the necessary streamlining and systematization of the approaches to the definition and classification of remote banking services, the analysis of the market of remote banking services and to determine the trends of its development are necessary and actual.
