Аннотация: The article considers atypical forms of government by the state, as signs of modern society. It is noted that in the twentieth century. States on the political map of the world with hybrid forms of government, there are fewer and fewer "pure" classical types. It is emphasized that the form of the state should be systematized, taking into account legal criteria. On the basis of the study, conclusions are drawn that in hybrid political regimes it is necessary to take into account all aspects of the best experience of state building.
