Аннотация: The paper discusses the issues of quality and efficiency of service in the field of road transport management. The interrelation of quality management and logistics management in the field of cargo transportation is analyzed. The idea of a conceptual approach to the quality management of transport services is presented, which is based on the principles of a synergetic system approach and logistics management.
