Peroxide oxidation of lipids and accumulation of antioxidants in wheat seeds after treatment with fungicides

Аннотация: Processes of accumulation of antioxidants and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in wheat seeds treated with fungicides were considered in this paper. It was demonstrated that decrease in the level of LPO and increase in the content of antioxidants in seeds treated by fungicides and imbibed during 2 days may be a consequence of inhibition of aerobic processes during germination.
