Аннотация: Terms “language personality” and “communicative tactics” are inquired. The choice of material of the research is based on the importance of the personality of M. Gandhi within the context of liberation India from Anglo-Indian headed by M. Gandhi. The research has been done on the “Nonviolent resistance speech”. The first key communicative tactics are identified and researched in the article on the material of public speech.
