Аннотация: Back pain syndrome remains one of the most frequent reasons for going to a doctor both in our country and abroad [1, 2]. according to recent epidemiological studies, during life, back pain occurs in 70-90% of the population, mainly in people of working age, and 20-25% is registered annually [3]. The Global Burden of Disease Study has recognized back pain as the leading cause of disability in the world [4]. Lower back pain (BNS) is one of the most frequent reasons to consult doctors of various specialties. A European multicenter study has shown that more than 20% of European residents suffer from chronic pain, while the majority of patients experienced pain in the lower back.
