Аннотация: On the basis of the analysis of foreign and domestic literature, draft Russian laws and current civil legislation the author's approach to the possibility of applying the legal category "service" to the programs that provide the work of artificial intelligence systems is formulated. It is also proposed the option of further modification of the Institute of paid services in the Russian legislation in connection with the prospective expansion of the use of artificial intelligence systems in the service sector.
