Аннотация: The religious societies as worldwide phenomenon are being studied. The concepts of „religious societies“, „religious teachings“, „impact on the international law“ are concretized. Major confessions doctrine is analyzed in the context of the influenced international law. The most influential provisions of the legislation of religious countries are explored, thereby developing an understanding of the influence of religious societies on international law and the emergence of religious conflicts.
