Аннотация: This article examines key areas and forms of international cooperation for the Russian Federation in healthcare in the 2020s. Based on an analysis of multilateral and bilateral initiatives, the role of partnerships with the WHO, BRICS, SCO, G20, CIS, and the EAEU in the development of the national healthcare system is highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the export of Russian experience in organizing medical care, scientific and technological cooperation, and activities in the field of global biosecurity. It is shown that medical diplomacy is a significant tool for strengthening Russia's position in the global health governance architecture.
