Аннотация: The article examines the trilogy by Kh. Kamalov "Everyone has one life", "They are waiting for us at home", "Wrote after death", which reveals the whole tragedy of the war. All this can be traced even in the titles of the novels. For his country, homeland, the soldier is ready to enter the fire and fight until his last breath, but above all he is a son, head of a family, brother, lover. Along with the already existing, larger-scale phenomena of war, each soldier, somewhere in the depths of his soul and in a piece of his heart, had a place for a small, dear rear, which is dear to everyone in his own way.
