Аннотация: Criminologists, analyzing the norms of Chapter 20 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation, find legal and technical shortcomings in the design of its compositions. In the article the author analyzes the design flaws of the articles of the criminal code 150 and 151 of the criminal code suggests ways of correcting them.
