Аннотация: The article outlines the issue of designing one of the new types of hotels – boutique hotels. The article provides the insight into the history of appearance of such hotels and contains modern world examples of boutique hotels. The article dwells on the issue of architectural and functional planning of such hotels as well as on the issue of providing client servicing in such types of hotels.
