Аннотация: The article analyzes the forms and methods of activity of the internal affairs аgencies as a subject of the constitutional and legal mechanism to ensure human and civil rights and freedoms. The author came to the conclusion that the internal affairs аgencies have a significant amount of forms and methods that allow them to properly maintain their subjectivity in the constitutional and legal mechanism for ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation, influencing the objects of this mechanism in the process of providing public services within their competence as a law enforcement agency.
