The article deals with some aspects of abuse of office, abuse of power, commercial bribery or other illegal use of an official position against the legitimate interests of society and the state for profit in the form of money or other valuables or property services for themselves or third parties or illegal providing such benefits to the said person by other individuals, as well as committing these acts on behalf of or in the interests of a legal entity, this is how corruption is defined in law.
