Аннотация: Currently, a large number of anthelmintic drugs of different composition and with different mechanisms of action are known. However, there are certain difficulties in choosing drugs due to the high price, inconvenient method of application and possible side effects. To provide a radical anthelmintic effect, a dosage form is needed that will reduce the negative impact of the benzimidazole group on intact tissues. As a carrier of the active substance, microvesicles of a living organism – exosomes-are proposed. Immobilization of drugs on nanocarriers allows to increase their bioavailability, improving solubility and ensuring overcoming of various barriers, to reduce the negative impact on the body as a whole, affecting the damaged area.
