Cryptocurrency as a new object of civil legislation of the Russian Federation

this article discusses the phenomenon of legal relations as a cryptocurrency. The essence of cryptocurrency, as well as positive and negative sides of this phenomenon are described. The article also presents the main points of view of government agencies on the legislative consolidation of the Institute of cryptocurrency. The theories about the place of cryptocurrency in the system of objects of civil law of the Russian Federation are considered in detail. Author's ways of the solution of this question are offered.
