Аннотация: The article analyzes the bankruptcy procedure of individuals under the legislation of Uzbekistan and foreign countries such as the USA, Great Britain, Germany and Canada. The issues of certain types of debts from which release in the bankruptcy process is not given are considered. It is concluded that when facts of concealment of property by an individual or illegal transfer of property to third parties are revealed, the creditor whose claims were not satisfied during the liquidation proceedings has the right to make a claim for foreclosure on this property.
