Аннотация: This article explores the concept of creative economy through the lens of various theories that connect creativity with economic development. The authors group existing theories and analyze their impact on social and economic processes. The study proposes a systematic approach to understanding the conditions that foster the development of the creative economy and highlights the key factors influencing innovation and entrepreneurial activity. Special attention is given to the roles of governmental institutions, educational initiatives, and cultural contexts in shaping creative industries.
