Soft law through the prism of international economic activity

The purpose of this article is to research the concept of the “soft law”. The author, based on opinions of different modern scientists, analyses actual implementation of “soft law”. Specific examples are given. The study uses analytical and statistical methods. In conclusion, the author summarizes the results, drawing attention to the effectiveness of the “soft law”.
