Аннотация: The Moscow region is a unique region in terms of higher education. Six universities in the Moscow region have regional, rather than Federal, subordination. The uniqueness of the region also lies in the mechanisms of migration of University entrants and graduates, as well as the mechanisms and places of their employment, as well as remuneration. A special factor in the system is also the presence in close proximity of the pole of attraction for employment – Moscow. The analysis of the outflow of graduates to the capital is carried out.
