Аннотация: An observation of people who had recovered from COVID-19 was conducted for the presence of IgG, IgM antibodies in 335 medical workers, aged 18 to 70 years, working in a medical clinic, in the period from June 2020, by the method of indirect chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay (ELISA), aimed at on SARS-CoV-2. The observation showed IgG detection in 195 (58%) cases, IgM + IgG combination detection in 6% (20) cases, and negative results in 36% (120) cases. The average IgG value in 195 workers was 5.6 AU / ml M±0.01. This research showed an immune response in more than half of patients who have had COVID-19, which requires further prospective study of the immune system in this category of individuals.
