Principles of the implementation of public services in the context of the function of the social state

In the context of the continuous development of public services, it is necessary to be guided by the uniform principles of their provision for the implementation of the function assigned to the state. The paper considers the normatively fixed principles of the provision of public services, as well as the principles introduced in the considered sphere of legal relations in connection with the development of new information technologies and the digitalization of public services.
