Аннотация: The article is analyzed. powers of the legislative (representative) bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The author pays special attention to the problems of the control function of the legislative (representative) bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in which the role of the dominant body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation is most fully manifested.
