Аннотация: This article analyzes the role of creative hubs in Africa as key grassroots actors in the creative economy, contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It examines their functions as network nodes that bring together creative entrepreneurs, support innovation, and address local socioeconomic challenges. Particular attention is paid to the specific challenges faced by African hubs, including resource and infrastructure limitations, as well as international support strategies, particularly from the British Council. It concludes that creative hubs are not only centers of cultural activity but also effective platforms for developing international partnerships, including opportunities for Russian-African cooperation in the creative industries.
