Juvenile justice: international experience, system, models and typical countries

Humble attempts to create a complete, functional juvenile justice system in Russia led to an unavoidable realization of the following problem: it is necessary for Russia to analyze the juvenile justice systems abroad – namely, their organization models, effectiveness, pros and cons of court trials (and according social and judicial institutes, such as forensic psychologists and sociologists). Methods of extrajudicial influence on re-education and re-integration of juvenile delinquents in those countries are also a major subject of interest.
