Аннотация: Describes a problem where the transfer IP -real-time traffic packets with the desired quality in telecommunication networks, taking into account the technology used to convey information. The necessity of establishing a link corresponding to the nodes by fitting in. as the solution that we propose an algorithm to distribution fitting information flows on routes, taking into account the information on the network load.
