Аннотация: Modern enterprises operate in a dynamic environment, subject to various risks and crisis phenomena. Unforeseen changes in market conditions, economic shocks, and technological disruptions all create the need for flexible and adaptive management of production facilities. The article analyzes approaches to adaptive management of the balance of production capacities of an enterprise in a crisis, based on theoretical foundations.
