Аннотация: The article discusses the use of a fluorescent copolymer based on acrylamide, which has a limited swelling in an aqueous medium. The paper studies the chemical composition and properties of polymer materials for fluorescent hydrogel, radical polymerization of acrylamide. The article considers the statistics of the incidence of diabetes mellitus, the current state of the method of continuous glucose monitoring, indications for its use, information and therapeutic possibilities and technical aspects. Special attention is paid to the method of continuous glucose monitoring using a subcutaneous sensor.
