Аннотация: World religious traditions as a part of civilizations history and culture are being studied. The concepts of „religious teachings“, „religious doctrine“ „religious doctrine sources“ are concretized. Christian confession doctrine is analyzed in the context of the influenced Europe jurisprudence. The most influential provisions of the legislation of religious doctrine are explored, therefore developing an understanding of the influence of Christian doctrine on European countries.
