Аннотация: In the article, the author focuses on the editorial edits already made by the legislator of Chapter 28 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, identifies further necessary directions for improving this chapter of the Russian criminal law, including the need to consolidate the conceptual apparatus at the legal level.
