Аннотация: The article explores the management of UNESCO Sites, on the examples of the Historic Centre of Saint Petersburg and the Historic Centre of Prague. Research describes factors affecting the World Heritage criteria and investigates governmental activities in order to preserve the heritage that these Sites have.
