Аннотация: This article is devoted to topical issues of the WTO regulation of world trade. World trade is today a highly developed and complex system of economic relations. Its normal implementation requires compliance with certain rules, mechanisms and institutions of collective regulation. The most important of them is the world trade organization (WTO). Its membership and subordination to its rules affected the national interests of individual countries, since the benefits of membership had to be accepted in order to make sometimes painful concessions.
