Аннотация: The article examines the features of the Anglo-Saxon legal system. It is compared with legal traditions. The main focus is on the analysis of historical development, key principles and sources. The emphasis is on comparison with the continental legal system, including aspects such as the role of judicial discretion in the formation of the legislative framework, case law and the influence of cultural factors on the development of legal thought.
