Аннотация: This article is devoted to the global problem of food contamination by residual amounts of antibiotics, which, when regularly ingested into the human body, cause the effect of antibiotic resistance. The already known methods and methods of removing residual amounts of antibiotics from milk, livestock products and aqueous solutions are considered. Further prospects for solving this problem are also indicated.
